Dolma opened in October 2015 serving both quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of Eastern Mediterranean food.

Dolma's interior  reflects the hip sensibilities of the surrounding area while also paying tribute to the land where its culinary inspiration is coming from. Tucked-in this one story-high standalone building with patio of it's own, the restaurant offers the culinary experience beyond classic dishes of the region.
